Ana Kasparian, a cohost of the popular progressive online news show “The Young Turks,” shockingly revealed last week that she “was wrong” about key facts concerning the case of Kyle Rittenhouse.

Kasparian said she thought Rittenhouse first chased after Joseph Rosenbaum, sparking the incident that ended with the teen fatally shooting Rosenbaum. However, it was Rosenbaum who chased after Rittenhouse. Moreover, a gun was fired from a third party just seconds before Rittenhouse fatally shot Rosenbaum.

“I was wrong about that, okay, so I want to correct the record,” Kasparian said on her news show. “Look, these details matter, because if you’re going to make an argument that you acted in self-defense, there needs to be some proof that there was an imminent threat.”

‘I Was Wrong’: Young Turks’ Kasparian Admits She Bought Into False Rittenhouse Narrative | The Daily Wire

J Kb has already covered the idiocy and mendacity of all media regarding the Rittenhouse case, but this is special because Kasparian IS Media and she bought the script approved by her betters without questioning.

I am just gonna go ahead and quote from Scarface:

I know, fat chance of that.

  1. “Young Turks” was the self-assigned name of a group of young Turkish politicians heavily involved in the genocide of Armenians in the early 1900s (an event that Turkish politicians continue to deny ever happened to this very day).

So if a new political group adopts that moniker, it isn’t surprising that malice and hatred would be what they are all about.

  2. I would think it was impressive if any pundit admitted they had something wrong.

With this woman, and the TV network she comes from, it’s beyond amazing. I didn’t think any leftist media type would ever admit that they were wrong.

  3. What’s really mind blowing is I and many others knew of all of this the very night it happened, or within days after, over a friggin year ago. It was pretty damn clear even then what had happened, but I kept an open mind for the trial. Nothing has really stood out at me as new or surprising during this trial, just lots more confirming what I had already known a year ago. The video available is just that complete and convincing.

  4. Question?

Has she changed the mind of the Chief Young Turk, Cenk Whatever?

Last I heard, he still wants Kyle Rittenhouse strung up.

  5. She was not red-pilled. She admitted she got one fact wrong. A fact that anyone who at looked at any of the videos or read any of the accounts would have known. Essentially she admitted she had been ‘reporting’ on this for a year without doing the most basic research.
