We watched in 2008, then again in 2012, the major American news outlets be-clown themselves in their fawning, sycophantic, adoration of Barack Obama.  We watched the host of a prime time new show describe getting a tingle up his leg listing to the then Democratic candidate bullshit Americans.  We watched as journalists from one of the most reputable and venerated news shows ask the President questions that could only be described as “comically obsequious.”  It has been clear for the last 8 years that the 4th estate is in the tank for the Democrat party.

One would think then that a person would become jaded to this bias when it comes to Hillary Clinton and 2016.  For the most part, yes.  When the Huffington Post publishes a piece following Hillary’s nomination with the headline “Hillary Clinton Looks Downright Angelic In A White Pantsuit At The DNC,” is that in any way shocking.  There are many words I could use to describe Hillary Clinton, a precious few of them might even be nice, but none of those words would be angelic.  But of course a writer with HuffPo is going to write about Hillary in a way that is nothing short of oleaginous.

Then I came to this article by Ezra Kein of Vox, that was so beyond the pale, that I just couldn’t leave it alone.

This election isn’t just Democrat vs. Republican. It’s normal vs. abnormal.

It goes on to explain that Trump and the GOP is an abnormal, crazy, loudmouth; and by contrast, Hillary is the normal candidate.

Ezra Klein is wrong (what else is new?), there is nothing about this election that is normal.  I’ve said enough about Trump, so I’m going to skip him for this post.  What I will say is that his abnormally pales comparison to the abnormality of Hillary Clinton and what goes on around her.   Especially what goes on around her.

We can talk about Hillary Clinton and cattle futures or any of the other financial scandals she’s been involved in, but those are fairly run-of-the-mill type bits of low level government corruption.

A Democrat Congressman commits tax fraud and lies about his income.

A Democrat Congresswoman commits fraud and steals from a fake charity she created.

A Democrat Congressman commits fraud and steals from his campaign fund.

A Democrat Governor commits fraud and uses state resources to line his pockets.

A Democrat Governor commits fraud and tries to sell a Senate seat for personal gain.

Just read the history of “Boss” Tweed and Tammany Hall or the Chicago Political Machine to see what real political corruption looks like.

The Democrats may not have invented political corruption, but they sure as hell have mastered it.

If Hillary Clinton’s scandals were limited to pay-to-play, graft, patronage, and other forms of Gombeenism, that would be one thing.  But the level of corruption Hillary Clinton has engaged in undermines the security of the United States of America.  What we have seen when it comes to Hillary Clinton, from those that support her, is a casual disregard of Banana Republic level corruption.  It is bizarre.

The Republicans have tried to make hash out of these types of scandals that emanate from Hillary.  It is not that these accusations don’t stick.  It is that Hillary supporters just don’t care.

Republicans: Hillary Clinton was derelict in her duty as Secretary of State, allowing the loss of our Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, to enemy forces and the death of a US Ambassador and three other Americans.

Democrats: And…?

Republicans: Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, allowed the Russian Government to buy 20% of US Uranium mining rights – a strategic national resource – after making a substantial donation to the Clinton Foundation.  

Democrats: And…?

Republicans: Hillary Clinton set up an unauthorized server for her email – deliberately to be outside the reach of FOIA requests – that was unsecured and put classified documents at risk of being stolen, in violation of the Espionage Act.

Democrats:  And…?

The FBI investigates Hillary Clinton.  Former President Bill Clinton meets with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.  The FBI Director, live on national TV, laid out the case for the prosecution and conviction of Hillary Clinton, and ends his press conference with “but we ain’t gonna do shit about it.”  And nobody who supports Hillary cares that she could and may have compromised the security of the United States.

Democrats:  And…?

Absolutely everybody with a functioning brain KNOWS that the Clinton Foundation was a institution set up to allow businesses and foreign governments to buy influence from the Clintons.  It’s just that Clinton supporters JUST DON’T CARE.

Democrats:  Sheesh guys *rolls eyes* and…?

The question is, what happens when this apathy towards this level of corruption puts Hillary in the White House?

On some random date in, say, 2018, a headline will appear in the news: Chinese Government makes record $5 Billion donation to the Clinton Foundation.

A week later a headline will appear in the news:President Clinton authorizes sale of Nimitz Class supercarrier to China.  

Or

Someday in 2019: Iranian Government makes $500 Million donation to the Clinton Foundation.

A week later: Clinton Administration will not respond to successful test of Iranian Nuclear Weapon.

Will the response by the Democrats still be: And…?

Obama is incompetent in the matters of dealing with world crises because he is bound to an ideology that won’t let him acknowledge who the arsonists are that are responsible for burning the world.

Hillary Clinton will let the arsonists burn the world, if they donate enough to the Clinton Foundation.

If ISIS can donate enough funds, will President Hilary Clinton recognize them as a legitimate political actor with Raqqa as their capital?

This is the abnormality of Hillary Clinton.  Trump may be a hothead.  But I believe that he sincerely cares about America’s safety as a nation and would not put the security of America above personal gain.  He might risk it for ego, but I don’t think he can be bought.

Under Hillary, America’s safety, security, national secrets, are all for sale to the highest bidder.

This may be normal for a Hillary supporter like Ezra Klein, who has excused all of her other previous scandals.  It is not normal for me.

There were anti-cop protests at the DNC.

Black Lives Matter are blocking traffic on the highways.

The shooter in Dallas made it clear that he did what he did because he wanted to kill white people.

Since Dallas, there have been several other shootings of police officers, including the ambush of three cops in Baton Rouge.

President Obama has taken to the bully pulpit and making it clear that America and American law enforcement in particular is still steeped in racism.

“I know that Americans are struggling right now with what we’ve witnessed over the past week. First, the shootings in Minnesota and Baton Rouge, the protests. Then the targeting of police by the shooter here, an act not just of demented violence, but of racial hatred.”

Hillary Clinton responded to the Dallas shooting by indicting white America.

The media has gone all in on trashing white people for the state of the nation.  The Huffington Post was disappointed that Obama did not use harsher language to condemn white people.  Salon has decreed that white people are fragile cowards for not wanting show complete deference to people who want to beat whites over the head with the accusation of racism.  Mic published a completely irresponsible and erroneous article titled 23 Everyday Actions Punishable by Death if You’re Black in America  which has been turned into a celebrity PSA.  Then the media wonders why race relations are getting worse.

Last year and into the beginning of this year, we saw protests across the country on college campuses driven by sensationalized rhetoric about race, micro-agressions, and hate crime hoaxes.  These protests have done real damage.  Deans and college presidents have stepped down or lost jobs.  Enrollment is down and schools are facing budget shortfalls because of it.

The language of racial animus is getting worse.  During a debate competition at Harvard, two students aligned with the Black Lives Matter movement openly advocated for white genocide.

This tactic of using racism to win sanctioned debates is going mainstream and is winning.  The same media outlets are telling us that this is a good thing for academic debate because traditional standards of debate are racist and favor white privilege.

Elite elementary schools in New York have begun to reintroduce segregation into the classroom, with different classes specific to different races of students.  Black Lives Matter tried to reintroduce segregation into the Nashville Public Library system, and protested when they were stopped from doing that.

Elements of Social Justice have perverted the English language by pushing the idea the racism is not hatred due to race, but that “racism = power + prejudiced.”  Essentially, this says that a person can’t be “racist” regardless of their beliefs, if they are underprivileged, i.e. minorities can’t be racist.  This twisting of logic and human decency was legitimized on CNN when this position was taken in defense of Black Lives Matter by activist Marc Lamont Hill and nobody challenged him on it.

I am not going to say that race relations are peachy-keen, or that there is no racism in America anymore.  Of course there is.  Have there been bad shoots by police in which black men have been the victim.  Yes.

However, what we are seeing is not a movement to address these individual acts, but a deliberate and aggressive move to exacerbate rate relations.

One of the first things that relationship counselors tell couples is to stop dredging up past, in many year old, slights or disagreements.  All that does is make each side defensive and resentful.  One of the oldest and most important values in the Judeo-Christian tradition, and one translated into the Western cannon of law, is “Fathers shall not be put to death for their sons, nor shall sons be put to death for their fathers; everyone shall be put to death for his own sin.”  So much of the Social Justice/Black Lives Matter movement is: white people today should be made to feel guilty and pay for the sins of racism committed by other white people against other black people far away and decades ago.

This is the “white fragility” that the SocJus media lives to push.  It is simply white people not wanting to get blamed for age old racism they took no part in and the desire not to be cornered and mau-maued for it.  It is not fragility to want to avoid an unwinnable argument.  Yet even calling it “white fragility” is a tool to imply that white people are weak.

And because of one sided nature of this argument in the modern political climate – where in whites are racist for even defending themselves from being called racist – the Left can claim all the way from academia to click-bait that America is no better today then when Jim Crow, or even slavery, was a reality.  This is both intellectually and morally dishonest.

The Far Left has used identity politics to fill its ranks.  Big Government has always been able to generate support for whatever evil machinations is has by telling one group another group is to blame for their problems and should be punished:

The German people would be wealthier but for the Jews and Communists.  The Russian people would be better off but for the Jews, Ukrainians, and Czarists.  The Italian Trains would run on time if Italy didn’t have Slovenes.  

Of course none of that was accurate, but it really doesn’t matter.  The point was to use ethnic differences – identity politics – to drive people to support the powers that be.

The modern American Democrat party has used this tactic ingeniously with the target of ridicule being Republicans/Conservatives.  But recently this train has gone off the tracks.  The fire of inter-group hatred that the left has stoked has reached California-in-drought-conditions-wildfire levels.  They have created a beast they cannot feed.

Black Lives Matter, a group the DNC has put on the dais, is trying to shut down the DNC convention.  The left has gone full Bull Connor and segregating people in public.

Now that the DNC has ordained that Hillary Clinton is going to be the Democratic Candidate for President, the black community that the DNC relies upon as a voting block has come out against Hilary.

Now the DNC is preaching unity, but the people aren’t buying it.  They have divided and identity politiced themselves into a position they can’t get out of.

Had only they listened to the great President Theodore Roosevelt, when in a speech to the Knights of Columbus in New York on Oct. 12, 1915, he said:

“There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism…. The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities.“

I was going to comment on the anti-gun orgy at the DNC Convention and the parade of victims of gun violence that were celebrated on stage as martyrs.

I was going to note that the very liberal singer Ke$ha ranted at the DNC about guns, saying:

“You can’t control every single person and know how they’re going to deal with things and know if they’re going to pick up a weapon — you don’t know that, but what we can control is who we give the f—ing weapons to.”  Which on principle I agree with.  But I have the feeling that she isn’t referring to gang members or Mexican cartels or those who swear allegiance to ISIS, but everyday law abiding citizens like us.

But as I was searching for DNC hashtags, I came across a tweet so mind-blowningly insane I made everything else pale into comparison.

She is supporting the party that threw American citizens into internment camps, with some platitude about love!?!

I can’t wrap my mind around that.  My great grandparents met while escaping from the pogroms of Russia, so Hooray for the Czar…?

I would think that a professor of sociology and the military would have some idea about what big governments have done to their people throughout history (*hint* some group ALWAYS ends up getting oppressed/genocided) and would take umbrage with big government.  Nope.  She learned her history and totally joined the dark side.

Being a Social Justice Warrior, of course logic means nothing to her.  Her Twitter background is of this sign:

One would think that someone who has a problem with “legacy of violence” of white people would know about the Democrat party’s history of supporting slavery, or the KKK, or voting against the Civil Rights Act, or Japanese Interment.  But somehow I think she thinks of racial violence as a Republican thing.

I’d try and argue this point further, but my head is still swimming from the idea of a person justifying Japanese Interment because *wedding bells*.

Some weeks ago, after the Pulse night club shooting, the question was asked if the Democrats had sacrificed the LGBT community on the alter of political correctness.

The DNC rushed to protect the narrative that Islam is a religion of peace and the biggest thing we have to fear is Islamophobia.  Dead gays be damned.

Well, during the DNC Convention, Representative Hank Johnson (D-Ga) decided to up the ante by calling Jews/Israelis “termites” and pushing the debunked lie that Israeli settlers are stealing homes from Palestinians.  Since Johnson has a the magical D after his name, the ADL gave him a pass rather than condemning the antisemitism of his remarks.

If that weren’t enough, the DNC convention had someone waving a Palestinian flag on the floor of the main hall, while Leftist protesters outside burned Israeli flags.

This is on top of reports that Bernie Sanders invited Paul Bustinduy of the Spanish Leftist Podemos Party to the DNC.  Podemos is so openly antisemitic that it makes other European liberals feel uncomfortable.

The Democrats were never my party.  But Jews need to take note, the Democrats are no longer even paying lip service to us.  We have become a bought and sold voting block for them, one that they are so confident will vote Democrat, that they can parade those who want to wipe us out around without fear.

No self respecting Jew should ever vote Democrat again.

Also, buy guns.  Because history has shown that even if the Dems are not going to be the ones pushing us into the ovens, they will be singing the praises of those who do.

This subject is something I know a lot about.  More than just about any other reporter or political hack (but I repeat myself) does.

Here are my credentials: I lived in Terre Haute, Indiana, 7 miles from the Illinois border, then lived in Aurora, Illinois in the Chicagoland MSA.  I was a gun owner in both Indiana and Illinois, and I had concealed carry permits from both states.  I have first hand experience with buying and carrying guns in Indiana, Illinois, and Chicago in particular.

Indiana is a fairly lax state when it comes to gun laws.  There is no permit to own or waiting period for Indiana residents.  Indiana concealed carry permits are easy to get.  There is no training required.  Fill out the application and take it to your local PD or Sheriffs department for a fingerprint check.  Assuming you are not a prohibited person and you pass the Indiana State Police fingerprint check, you will get your CCW in about 90 days (usually a lot less).  Mine cost me $15, but that was about 10 years ago.  It may have gone up in price.

Illinois is the opposite of Indiana.  You cannot own a firearm in the Land of Lincoln without a FOID (Firearms Owners ID).  To obtain one of those, you have to apply through the Illinois State Police.  The paperwork is pretty much a Form 4473, plus sending in a passport size picture, and $10.  Between 45 and 90 days later, you will receive a yellow card that says you can buy and own guns and ammo.  It is not a permit to carry.  To get a permit to carry, you have to fill out more paperwork, take 16 hours of training, and pay $150 to the state of Illinois.  The training usually runs $150 to $250 for a class.  The optional fingerprinting is another $60.  Fingerprinting takes your wait time down to about 30 days. Without it, it is closer to 90  days for the permit.  Then there is the cost of the 100 rounds of ammo you will need for the live fire qualifications.  I spent about $550 for the total cost of my IL CCW permit, not including the FOID I got the year before.

The biggest difficulty for permit holding, gun carrying citizens in Chicago is criss-crossing the many gun free “safe passage zones” in the city, and not entering the many business with 430 ILCS “no guns allowed” signs.  Carry your legal gun into one of these and get caught, and you lose your CCW and maybe even your FOID.  In some areas of the Chicago, you are better off not carrying and leaving your gun in your car, than risk becoming a criminal.  But that is the point.

This, of course, is what you do if you want to be a law abiding citizen.  If you are a gang member in Chicago and want to carry illegally all you have to do is tuck a gun somewhere and go for walk.  If you want to buy a gun in Chicago illegally, you find a cousin or fellow gang member or trafficker who is not a prohibited person and buy one from them.

The basics of this are simple, someone who is a resident of Indiana (or another border state) lawfully buys guns in Indiana, here and there, one at a time, at different stores, so not to attract attention.  He then drives into Chicago and sells them without a background check in a gang neighborhood.

It is harder if you are an Illinois resident.  Gun stores check your ID.  Long gun purchases in Indiana are legal, with a 24 hour waiting period.  Handgun purchases across state line are illegal.

Of course keep in mind that ALL NON FFL SALES OF FIREARMS ACROSS STATE LINES ARE A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW.

The Obama administration fully admits that it doesn’t bother to prosecute these types of crimes.  For all the call by Democrats for universal background checks, the one thing that they don’t seem to discuss is how the Federal Government doesn’t actually punish people who violate current federal background check laws.

Apparently enforcing the law against criminals who want to break the law is just too much work.  It is much easier to criminalize more common behaviors and bust the law abiding citizens who accidentally violate the law and then claim victory for “doing something.”

While Obama and the media love to blame Indiana for Chicago’s gun violence, at the end of the day, this is a Chicago issue.  All the lax guns laws in Indiana don’t result in 4 people killed an 62 wounded in 4th of July weekend in Indianapolis.  Chicago saw 72 murders in June, 2016 alone.   There is a cultural rot in the heart of Chicago’s worst areas that make this kind of violence possible.  There is no amount of gun laws that could be put in place in Indiana that will change the values of the gangs of Chicago.

They blame Indiana for Chicago’s South Side, they lame Georgia, Virginia, and Florida for Brooklyn and the Bronx, they blame Texas for LA and Oakland.

This attack on the good people of Indiana is just deflection by the Left so as not to have to address the issues they created in America’s urban areas.

Our nation was created so that the states could make laws that best reflected the needs and values of the populations of the states.  What works in Florida doesn’t work in New York or Nebraska.  Attacking a state like Indiana, which makes laws that reflect on the needs and desires of the people of the Hoosier State for the shortcomings of the people of the Windy City is both a willful denial of the real problems Chicago faces as well as an attack on the principles on which America was founded.

But then, when as the Democrat party every been interested on really fixing problems or respecting America’s founding principles?

One of the common ideas you see in Social Justice feminism is that we (society) need to teach men not to rape.  We will be subject to laundry lists of ways to teach men not to rape.  If a woman say that teaching men not to rape won’t work or that women should learn to protect themselves, that is just victim blaming and cause for social outrage and ridicule.  God forbid a man who has never committed a rape, and is by all accounts a decent guy, says that he doesn’t need to be taught not to rape because he knows it’s wrong; the Social Justice media will go at great lengths to prove why that attitude means that he needs to be taught not to rape all the more.

Let’s take idea this and cross the Atlantic with it.

The Norwegians  are currently teaching “do not rape women” classes to Muslim immigrants.  The German government is handing out flyers at festivals encouraging (presumably Muslim) men not to rape or sexually assault women in public.

Why won’t it do anything to teach men – especially Muslim immigrant men – not to rape.  Rape is a crime of sex and violence.  Studies show that rapists lack empathy for their victims.  There is some level of aberrant psychology that makes a rapist a rapist.  Most men are highly unlikely to commit a rape because they are psychologically well adjusted.

Psychology is a combination of biology and culture, nature and nurture.  In America, we generally look down on rape and rapists.  We send men to prison for rape.  However, within subgroups of the US, there cultures that cover up rape and make rape more normalized and rape statistics show that within these groups, rape and sexual assault is higher.  Take a man who is predisposed to being able to rape, and raise him in a culture that devalues women and covers up sexual assault, and PRESTO! you cooked yourself up a rapist.

Let’s, once again, take this across the Atlantic.

Start with a religion that teaches that women are worth less than men and that teaches that non-believers are worth less than believers, then add a culture that stones women to death for being raped, lastly add in leaders who say it is OK to rape non believers, and you have made the perfect rapist generating ideology.

This is not something that a couple of days of class can undo.  A quick look at rape statistics in Europe will show you just how well this tactic is working.  Not. At. All.

Rape isn’t the only issue Europe is facing.  Europe is under siege from terrorism as well.  In the last week we saw a shooting and truck attack in France and two shootings in Germany.  The list of terrorist attacks in Europe going back to 2015 is awful.  We are seeing an attack or two per week.

What is the European response?  Well, if teaching Muslim men not to rape is not working, how about teaching Muslim men not to commit terrorist attacks.

The big difference is, when this fails, as it wont to do, the Social Justice progressives in the US and Europe will do what they would otherwise protest: victim blame.  See, it’s not the fault of the Muslims, it is the fault of the French, or Belgians, or the French again that there is Islamic terrorism in Europe.  The British will blame the economy, although poor Sikhs and Hindus don’t seem to be shooting up Europe.  Even in the US, we are starting to see more and more domestic Islamic terrorism, and the US has always been the proverbial ‘melting pot’ when it comes to ingratiation.

We are seeing in real time how naive the idea that a few hours of classes could undo 1,400 years of history and culture.  We cannot expect a leaflet or freshman seminar to make a rapists no a rapist, or a terrorist not a terrorist.

We must understand that those who want to do us harm will do us harm regardless of what we have to say about it.  We must be prepared to meet force with force.  Don’t be a good victim.  For the women of the world, for the men and women of the United States and Europe, for decent people everywhere.  I will leave you with the unassailable words of Sgt. Major Basil Plumley.

A police officer shot an unarmed black man in the street with his hands up.  This was captured on cell phone video.  The black man is a therapist at a group home and he was trying to assist an autistic man who had escaped the home and was playing with toy truck in the street.

Now I doubt that this shooting was racially motivated as, right now, there seems to be no reason the cop should have fired at all.  I’m going to guess that it was just a lack of trigger discipline in a stressful situation.

Hopefully this cop will have plenty of time to learn this lesson – in prison.

Sound harsh?  Maybe, but consider that if you are I shot somebody in an AD, our negligence gets us sent to prison.
