Stabbing in NYC on video

Another case to demonstrate why it’s so important the Bruen decision is enforced in New York.

I did by best to keep count and I believe he stabbed the EMS lieutenant 22 times.

The lieutenant was a 61-year-old woman and the attacker is a 34-year-old man.

That is not in anyway an evenly matched fight.

Knives have no magazine capacity and can inflict damage as long as the attacker is willing to keep using it.  Stabbing her 22 times probably turned her into something like ground meat.

Got created all men and women, Sam Colt made them equal.

Bruen needs to be enforced to make 61-year-old women equal to a 34-year-old man with a knife.

I said the Remington Sandy Hood settlement was a bad idea

Smith & Wesson sued over advertising by Highland Park victims

Gunmaker Smith & Wesson is among those named in new lawsuits filed by the legal arms of Everytown for Gun Safety and Brady (along with several other law firms) on behalf of some of the victims and family members of those killed in the July 4th shooting in Highland Park, Illinois, along with the shooter himself, his father, and the Illinois gun store that sold the Smith & Wesson rifle to the suspect.

The lawsuit accuses Smith & Wesson of using its advertising and marketing to target “troubled” young men like the 21-year old accused of the attack on the Independence Day parade in the Chicago suburb, though the evidence provided by the gun control groups is pretty uncompelling.

This is the same bullshit used to get around the PLCAA by the Sandy Hook parents.

This is the new frontier of lawfare against gun companies.

It doesn’t matter what the shooters motivation actually was or what the ad actually said, they will judge shop until they find a judge who will allow this bullshit to proceed.

Because Remington settled it opened the door to this.

Now everyone will pay the price.

Another case for Bruen enforcement in NYC

Woman savagely beaten in Queens subway station describes the pain, trauma

The suspect, 41-year-old Waheed Foster, is now charged with felony assault.

In 1995, law enforcement sources say Foster was arrested for murdering his 82-year-old foster grandmother in a brutal beating at the age of 14. Six years later, he was arrested for stabbing his 21-year-old sister with a screwdriver. Then in 2010, he was arrested for attacking three workers at the Creedmore Psychiatric Center, where he was an inpatient. He was on parole until November 2024 at the time of last week’s attack.

Gomes says there were no police officers anywhere in the station. She said there was no one to prevent the attack and no one on the scene to respond to it.

“Every day is an incident in the subway,” she said. “What happened to all these police officer they said they will have there to protect us? There’s like nobody to be found. I don’t understand.”

Multiple violent crimes including murder but he’s out free to do it again.

A good Samaritan tried to or at least wanted to help but was chased off by Foster.

And, of course, there were no cops.

This is why concealed carry is important.

It empowers people like this woman or the man who wanted to help her against a violent attacker with a history of hurting people.

But it is crystal clear that the governor abd mayor of New York and New York City want to protect criminals from their victims.

Of course the Biden Administration would not allow Jews to a hate crime event

Understand that the Biden Administration is everything that the Democrats accused the Trump Administration of being.

That includes being viciously antisemitic.

Orthodox Jews say they were excluded from White House hate-crimes summit

President Biden slammed antisemitism last week at a White House-hosted “United We Stand” summit against hate crimes, but he is being accused by some Orthodox Jewish leaders of excluding them from the event.

The Rev. Al Sharpton requested the summit after the May massacre of 10 black shoppers in Buffalo, and it brought together hundreds of activists and community leaders from minority groups. But Orthodox Jews, who suffer a large number of hate crimes, struggled to make the cut.

It’s very easy for Leftists to condemn antisemitism when they don’t have to actually be in the room with any of those icky Jews.

The Left ostensibly “likes” Jews when they are dead, or victims they can use as cudgel against the right, or not really acting all Jewy.

Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce CEO Duvi Honig told The Post he tried to RSVP, contacting three Biden staffers and even brandishing an endorsement from the New Jersey Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy’s office to be honored as a Uniter — an award bestowed to 16 people at the event.

He didn’t hear back.

“The White House used hate. They used us, our blood — they used our DNA of Jews being persecuted and attacked daily as an excuse to make an event and didn’t include Orthodox Jews, who were the number one [target of] hate and antisemitism,” Honig said.

Roughly 800 of about 2,700 antisemitic incidents in 2021 — or nearly one third of them — occurred in New Jersey or New York.

“They didn’t recognize any Orthodox Jew as a Uniter purposely, which stands out while then recogniz[ing] Islamic, Reform [Jews], [Christian leaders] and so on,” said Honig, whose group seeks to build economic bridges between communities. “Our community’s leaders from the various large communities of Orthodox sectors where daily attacks accrue were missing [from] the summit and not invited.”

Honig said that he believes Reform Jews, who were better represented at the summit, are less likely to experience hate crimes because they don’t wear the conspicuous attire of many Orthodox Jews.

That’s the problem.

The number one victim of religious hate crimes in the US are Orthodox, aka visible, Jews.  Jews who wear yarmulkes and beards and sideburns.

And the people who attack them the most are two very prominent demographics associated with the Democrats, and most of those attacks occur in Blue cities in Blue states.

Of course the Biden Administration isn’t going to acknowledge that it’s Al Sharpton’s constituents who are beating up Jews in a Democrat stronghold.

Biden will talk vaguely about the horrors of antisemitism in a way that totally denies the reality of antisemitism currently in the US.

And there is no better way to do this than not let in any Jews that look like the Jews who are getting beat up.

What Jews were allowed to come?  Reform Jews, who are barely Jews.  They are the Woke Jews who wrote OpEds after Ilhan Omar or Rashid Tlaib said something grotesquely antisemitic that “ackchyually, that wasn’t antisemitic, Trump is the real antisemite.”

Progressive Leftists who don’t eat bacon.

This is absolutely on brand for Democrats.

They can claim to stand against hatred while simultaneously encouraging.

Feloniunsness intensifies

Among the things movers will not take are cleaning chemicals and flammables.

I am now going to be hauling a trailer full of guns, high capacity magazines, assault rifles, suppressors, switch blades, acetone, bleach, matches, alcohol, and gasoline.

All of it purchased and used 100% legally.

But fuck me if all piled together in a trailer it looks skeezy as hell.

I’m about ready to hire a Bandit to be my blocker.

The first rule of fight club…

A thousand years behind bars on wheels

I got my guns and ammo loaded into my trailer to head out.

Between AR-15s, high capacity magazines, suppressors, and switch blades, if I get busted on I-95 by the NYPD my math puts me at over 900 years of combined misdemeanor and felony time.

My plan is to stop in Pennsylvania where everything I have is legal and I’m covered by my CCW permits.

Gas up and then hit the interstate and not stop until I hit New Hampshire.

I’m going to have to pass through New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

I’m relying on the Firearms Owners Protection Act of 1986 “The Peaceable Journey Law.”  But we all know how little the NYPD gives a fuck about that.

Pray for me and be prepared to chip in for my legal defense fund.
