I saw Miguel’s post Thank You. I’ll pass on those puppies. and I thought I’d toss in my two cents.

I hate pit bulls.  I loathe pit bulls.  By extension, I hate pit bull owners too.

You can tell me all you want about how it’s not the breed, it’s the owner.  I know and I still don’t care.

Dog fighting is a large part of Cuban culture and has been adopted by blacks in Miami.  Backyard dog fighting is popular in poorer black and Cuban neighborhoods all over Miami.  There was even a documentary about this available on Netflix.  Miami-Dade county banned pit bulls and mastiffs for this reason but dog fighting is still a problem.

Dog fighting is illegal.  So the people in Miami who run dog fighting rings didn’t just do dog fighting.  Dog fighting is associated with drug dealing, gambling, and all sorts of other criminal activity.  So it should come as no supersize that dog fighting rings are often run by gangs.

So growing up in Miami when you saw a pit bull, you were almost 100% guaranteed that the owner was a complete criminal piece of shit.  Being banned, there was only one reason to have a pit bull out in the open and that was for intimidation.  Walking around with a pit bull was about the same as walking around brandishing a pistol-grip shotgun.

It was a message to everyone “I’m a hard ass you don’t want to fuck with.”

Just like idiot criminals who shoot innocent bystanders, these fighting dogs get out and maul innocent children.

So when it comes to pit bulls in South Florida, if I see one, my first inclination is to go for my gun; and if I have to draw it an use it, the first few rounds are for the dog, the rest are for the owner.

A few people who commented on this post don’t quite seem to get what I m talking about and have accused me of having an opinion on pit bulls like anti gunners on assault weapons.

Let me see if I can make this a little clearer.

In the gun world there is an aphorism: when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

Well, Miami-Dade county outlawed pit bulls and consequently only outlaws have pit bulls.

The dog is a weapon.  It is trained and tortured and tormented into a killing machine.  It’s not a loving family pet.

In places were open carry is legal, and you see some guy walking around with a gun holstered, he’s not a threat.

In Miami, there is no equivalent with pit bulls.  There is nobody taking their family pit bull out for a walk.

The equivalent gun metaphor is a guy in a place where open carry is illegal walking around holding a pistol, pointing it people.

When do you see a put bull on a leash?  When somebody wants to start shit with you.  They come out for neighbor disputes.  You read news reports about some guy going over to his neighbor’ house to complain about a party and brought a gun with him.  In Miami, it’s the same thing except the neighbor brought a pit bull on a chain.

Except it’s worse.   A gun just sitting there won’t kill anybody.  Pit bulls that have been trained to fight, tortured into being super aggressive get out an maul children and innocent bystanders.

This isn’t some irrational namby-pamby fear.

This is knowing that (in Miami, like I said above) the snarling, bristling dog on the end of that chain isn’t a cuddly house pet,  it want’s to kill you because the guy holding the chain made it that way.

And let me make this perfectly clear.  IF I have to shoot the pit bull, and then the owner, it is because Mr. Piece-of-shit-criminal with his fighting dog, let it go.  He “fire the first shot,” not with a gun but with a fighting dog.

Let’s be absolutely clear about something.  On balance, most of the nations in the world are shitholes.

I’m supposed to be offended that Trump has a problem with nations that chop off hands for theft or voting.  In fact, chopping off hands is the past time in the every nation in the Middle East and horn of Africa, except for Israel of course.

If you want to vomit, look up what Necklacing is and know that it is on the rise again in South Africa.

Then there is stoning, female genital mutilation, acid throwing.

Poor children in El Salvador are murdered for sport.

There are places in the world where it is believed that raping a child is a cure for AIDS.

There are places in the world where albino people are murdered by witch doctors because it is believes their bodies have magical powers.

Starvation, oppression, torture, and death are the norm for huge regions of the world.  Life is grinding misery and poverty.

Why is the West not like this?  Well, occasionally it is (the Holocaust, Holodomor, Communism, etc), but in general, the answer is The Greeks.

Athenian democracy was developed about 500 BC and then the Romans carried it on for a while.  After the fall of the Roman Empire, the Catholic Church preserved the philosophy of the Romans, there by saving Europe and inspiring the renaissance.  Then there was the Enlightenment in England, form there America was founded and Viola!  It only took 2,500 years of cultural evolution, with some serious hiccups in the process.

Most of the world didn’t experience that, and where it wasn’t experienced are shitholes.

While I am willing to embrace people who want to come to America to build better lives for themselves, I don’t want to flood America with shit people from shithole nations.

Think about making a roux.  You have to add the flower slowly to the sauce to integrate it.   Then it comes out smooth.  If you dump in a bunch of flower all at once, the roux turns to shit.

Flood America with shit people from shitholes without a process of initiation and America turns to shit.

Fox was the president of Mexico, while it turned into a failing narco-state.   Also known as a cartel run shithole.  Fox himself is a corrupt piece of shit just like the rest of Mexico’s leadership.

There is a reason Fox and other Mexican presidents have a problem with restricting illegal immigration.    They use the United States like a trashcan.  The Mexican goverment actually printed pamphlets encouraging the poor to enter the US illegally.  Rather than deal with Mexico’s problems and trying to help the poor, rather than creating a social welfare system and ending crime, the Mexican government throws its poor over the boarder into the US to make them our problem.

Fox has no respect for the US.  A rational nation would ask why 5% of it’s population wants to flee.  A shithole says “the poor are leaving, let’s pocket the money.”

The absolutely worst thing for Mexican leadership is to crack down on illegal immigration, because Mexico would have to actually deal with its domestic problems.

Kimber America is opening a manufacturing facility in Troy, Alabama.

Remeber that Beretta USA opened a plant in Gallatin, Tennessee, and then shuttered it’s Maryland plant because Maryland was too unfriendly to guns.

Remington also opened a plant in Huntsville and consolidated Bushmaster, DPMS, Para USA, and Remington R&D and manufacturing from separate locations to that single large facility.

My guess is that this is step one of a plan that will eventually lead to the closing down of the Yonkers, New York plant, and possibly the Montana plant and consolidate all engineering and manufacturing in a single location.

As much as I am wont to welcome another gun company to the south, and Alabama especially, I wonder how the employees at Kimber are going to take being relocated from New York City (Yonkers is not technically in NYC but is a suburb, just north of the Bronx) to southern Alabama?

There might be a bit of a culture shock there.

One of the hallmarks of Dictatorships and Third World Nation is the political use of criminals.

In failing or failed states, is common for the leadership to put the most violent criminals in positions of power.  They are made into secret police or torturers where they can used their god given talents of scaring and hurting people to enforce the whims of the dictator in charge.

When the rule of law no longer matters, criminals stop being a liability and become an asset to a government that only seeks to hold power.  Criminals are pardoned and given free reign to take advantage of the people as long as they support the tyrants in charge.

The possession and sale of marijuana is still a federal crime.  California doesn’t care, California doesn’t care, California legalized it at the state level.

But it gets worse.

In California, a criminal record can prevent you from obtaining a liquor license but give you a leg up in obtaining a permit to deal dope. What gives?

It’s all part of an effort in the Golden State to help more minorities become “marijuana entrepreneurs.” On New Year’s Day, California became the ninth state to legalize cannabis for recreational use, but officials are worried that not enough blacks will qualify for the permits needed to sell weed legally. To address this “problem,” Los Angeles, Oakland and other cities have created “equity programs” that offer no-interest loans and other perks to people who live in poor black neighborhoods and have been convicted of drug crimes. If you’re a white applicant, you can improve your own chances of receiving a permit by “incubating” an equity applicant, which means making him a 50% partner in the business or giving him floor space in your establishment, rent-free.

Yes, you read that right.

In a dreadful combination of third world tyrannical thuggishness and progressive identity politics, black people with criminal convictions are given loans and preferential treatment to open pot shops to sell recreational marijuana in total defiance of federal law.

California has decided to create a marijuana dispensary brute squad.

It is said that this is to correct for black people being punished for simple possession of marijuana in the war on drugs.  Remember that California also pleads down a lot of criminals for the same reason.  The guy who accepted a charge of simple possession might very well have been up to a lot of really bad shit and was plead down to simple possession to avoid a trial.

I am sure the legislators who wrote this bill know this.

California is rapidly becoming a third world banana republic where there is single party tyranny.  The wealthy elite stay in power because the state has decided to put its effort into creating a brute squad by providing free legal services for and sheltering illegal aliens and now giving free money to criminals to deal drugs, all in violation of federal law.

Right now, these criminals are being supported so that their friends, family, and children will vote for the Democrats.  God help the good people of California if this supported criminal element is ever mobilized the way tyrants in the past have mobilized their criminal brute squads.

A Sevier County Sheriffs Deputy freaked out during an encouter, opened fire randomly into a trailer park, then had a panic attack and had to be disarmed by a Paramedic.

That in-and-of-itself is crazy.  Talk about a ridiculously bad shoot.

To make matters worse, the couple involved in the incident were charged with assault for making the Deputy have a panic attack.  The Sheriff defended the deputy for shooting at a man holding a phone.

I can’t imagine a greater cluster-fuck than a law enforcement officer randomly firing into a trailer park, except then saying this his loss of emotional control was caused by a guy holding a phone.

I’m surprised they didn’t charge the couple with destruction of private property for making the deputy shit his pants.
