   1. Well, there are lots of people who think that “restraining orders” protect anyone. Oleg Volk created a great image for that (“paper0209”, I can’t find it anymore).    Also all these people kill me. They constantly want a 3rd party to intervene but have no idea what that means legally and civilly for someone who does. Change the laws so my life doesn’t get destroyed for helping when I insert myself into a situation on a strangers behalf and end up having to defend myself.

   1. If signage would stop crime, forget “No Guns” or “No Raping”.
      .
      Just put up a “No Crime” sign. Put them up on every lamp post, fence post, tree, bench, and fire hydrant. Make the whole city a posted “Crime-Free Zone”, and make it a crime to do crimes in a “Crime-Free Zone”.

      That’ll fix everything for sure!
