Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.
Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

LOL, Love it,
P.S. Mom taught me how to cook, not just bacon.

[Homer Simpson] Mmmmmm… baaacon!! [/Homer Simpson]
Pan fry? What is this, 1868? No, broil in the oven on a broiler rack. It cooks the bacon perfectly evenly, no burnt spots and no raw spots. The grease drips off into the pan below and can be collected for later use.
I get the big 2.5 lbs pack from Costco when it is on sale, broil the entire pack and then put the cooked bacon in a Tupperware in the freezer. Then all I have to do is nuke a strip for about 10 seconds to get it hot and I can have bacon in the morning PDQ.
I also save the grease in a mason jar. Melt a little then brush it onto burgers when you cook them. *Chef kiss*
Yes, oven cooked bacon is the easiest way.
I just do a pound at a time on a couple of foil lined cookie sheet pans in a 400 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
How to make the perfect BLT:
B – Bacon
L – Little more bacon
T – Top it off with more bacon
You forgot the mayo made from bacon grease.
