4. I like using the “monarch” brand from academy, it is the house brand actually manufactured by Privat, a Russian arms supplier. Good ammo and reasonably priced. The 150 grain 30-06 stuff really runs good in the garand. This is all part of the plan to squeeze the ammo supply for us….unless we are the taliban, then we get all this ammo for free.
