Sourdough biscuits…
My wife can do the biscuit thing. If I am not mistaken, I had eaten all the recipes offered in The Rise of the Southern Biscuit, but she had never dipped her hands into the sourdough thing. But she saw the video of Cowboy Kent Rollins and her Southern genes kicked in.
Get yourself a nice steak, grill it and serve it sliced really thin with some grilled onions. You will thank me.
