Apparently, most of the people of Castle Rock learned the lesson.
A shame how the lesson has to be learned the hard way.
If by, “authority to restrict firearms” you mean “within their own household”, I’d agree.
But NO ONE has the right to restrict firearms community-wide. Not a simple majority, not property owners, not a lynch-mob. I retain the right to keep and bear arms, no matter who doesn’t like it.
