Trump supporter murdered in Portland

Portland just witnessed its first politically motivated murder of the 2020 electoral season.

1 killed as Trump supporters, protesters clash in Portland

One person was shot and killed late Saturday in Portland, Oregon, as a large caravan of President Donald Trump supporters and Black Lives Matter protesters clashed in the streets, police said.

Andy Ngo has video:

Antifa began celebrating the murder:

Alea iacta est.

Political murder is now part of the 2020 political landscape.  Killing Trump supporters is an act to be hailed.

As of this morning, I have not seen a single national-level Democrat condemn this.

With Antifa claiming this as a victory, more will happen.  We are just 64 days until the election and it is only going to get uglier.

New York is New York and reason enough to avoid it.

People are shown being very valiant with a cell phone, but not one single asshole could be found who would deliver a well-placed kick to the throat of the sexual predator.

Maybe it is NY Law that allows the random taking of females and the attackers cannot be bothered, sort of modern droit du seigneur. If he is arrested, he will probably be fined for not wearing a mask.

Court Victory in California

SOUTH VALLEY MAN FACING GUN MAGAZINE CHARGES FOUND ‘FACTUALLY INNOCENT’

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) — A South Valley judge has declared a man factually innocent of illegally buying a high capacity ammunition magazine.

The Tulare County District Attorney’s Office filed a felony charge against 27-year-old Pheng Yang in March after sheriff’s deputies found a 15-round magazine in his bedroom.

But Yang’s attorney claimed that Yang bought the magazine legally during a period of time in 2019 that has come to be known as Freedom Week.

At that time, a U.S. District Court judge ruled that California’s high-capacity magazine ban was unconstitutional and shouldn’t be enforced.

A buying spree ensued across the state, until the judge decided the ban should continue to be enforced while the case was taken to the U.S. Court of Appeals.

The Freedom Week argument worked for Yang, because in June, a Tulare County judge dismissed the case against him.

Factually fucking innocent.

That’s is a ruling I never thought I’d read but there we have it.

Hooray for freedom week and for Mr. Yang.

Ted Wheeler not so good night

Earlier this week, President Trump once more offered Federal Law Enforcement and National Guard to Portland so they would end the three months or so of riots and violent protests.  The Mayor of Portland replied by rejecting the offer with a very politically smug letter:

The hero of the Left! Bravo! How shall we reward his valor for standing against Orange Fascist Bad?

Invade the building where he lives, demands he defunds the police and renounce his position as Mayor.

They even threw a concert of very loud and not quite good metal in front of the building.

And they got to continue harass the other occupants with lights:

I am sure the neighborhood enjoyed the rather cute chants of the crowd, specially those with kids:

You can stop laughing now.

PS: DAMN IT! I FORGOT!

Building security called 911 for help.

Cops never showed up.
