For a second, I thought it was The Onion: James Brady’s Death Was a Homicide, Medical Examiner Rules
The death of James Brady — President Ronald Reagan’s press secretary who was wounded in the attempt on Reagan’s life in March 1981 — was a homicide, the medical examiner for the Northern District of Virginia ruled Friday.
The medical examiner said Brady died as a result of the grievous injuries he suffered 33 years ago, which means that gunman John Hinckley Jr. could be charged with Brady’s murder.

I had the idea that there was a limit of time you could apply a murder rap to somebody when the victim did not die within a reasonable time frame. Don’t ask me why, but a year keeps popping in my head. 33 years seems to be a tad of an exaggeration.
The medical examiner’s ruling has the potential to open the door to federal murder charges against Hinckley, who is now a mental patient at St. Elizabeth’s hospital in suburban Washington, said NBC News Justice Correspondent Pete Williams on News4.
Nobody would be trying to use his death as political fundraising and PR strategy, would they? Tap-dancing on your own dead seems rather tackier than usual.

This is 100%-no-shit fault of the so-called instructors. Either they are absolute morons or they were trying to embarrass the young lady. I can hear somebody tell her in Portuguese “use the sights” which leads to her placing the butt of the pistol grip where we know is gonna led to a nice bruise.
I guess you have idiots with shirts that say “instructors” right about any corner in the world.

A children’s book about gun rights has benefited from an unexpected boost in sales after it became the subject of a mocking segment on “Real Time with Bill Maher” last week.
“My Parents Open Carry” is the story of a typical Saturday for 13-year-old Brenna Strong, running errands with her parents while they carry handguns in plain sight, or “open carry.”
Published by White Feather Press, the book was made available in 2012 on limited release and picked up by Amazon in February of this year.
Its appearance on “Real Time” on August 1 increased sales dramatically, with orders pouring in, according to White Feather Press founder Skip Coryell.
“Sales were weak for the first few years,” Coryell said. “But after it was trashed on the show, sales have gone up.”
“It happened overnight,” he said. “Took me by surprise as a publisher.”

of Justypertension is a risk factor for stroke; trust me you don’t want one, even a mild one. My speech is badly slurred. I really didn’t want a stroke. I am having to learn to use the right side of my body and it doesn’t like it. The right side muscles are weak, in some cases, voluntary muscles no longer respond to orders. I can’t raise my right arm at all. I AM NOW A HUNT AND PECK TYPIST, which is a great indignity for someone who has been a touch typist since I was in the sixth grade.
