I am not going to rehash my absolute disgust about cops hitting the wrong location and the possible negative consequences for the people inside and the lack of consequences for whomever is responsible for fucking up.

This was a bad event that could have gone worse if it was not for the doorbell camera. Without a visual, it would have been understandable for the mom NOT to open the door, no matter how much people on the other side claimed to be police. That would have led to a dynamic entry, fueled by adrenalin and maybe a stun grenade or two. A death could have been very well in the cards.

Out of all the unsavory scenarios, this one was the one coated in less feces.

Every single shortage in the US right now is directly caused by government intervention.

The government shut down sectors of the economy.

It shut down transportation.

It forbade people from going to work.

This is literally the absolute closest the United States has ever been to a centrally planned economy and the government nearly collapsed it in 18 months.

Capitalism has shortages when the Communists run it.

That’s the lesson, why is why the Communists lie about it.

One of the things the feminist movement has been fighting for decades is how women were treated in rape cases.

A woman’s sexual history is not an excuse for rape.

Just because a woman consented to sex before doesn’t mean she wasn’t subsequent raped.

Under any other circumstances, no media organization, especially a Leftist one like the Washington Post, would bring up a rape victim’s prior sexual history.

To defend a transgender student and transgender bathroom policy, they will throw the rape shield law, the principle behind it, and the feminist movement that created it away.

I’m convinced that the trans activist movement has nothing to do with a tiny minority of people who have gender dysphoria and everything to do with a bunch of rapists and child molesters with personality disorders who want to use social justice to prey upon women and girls.

Step 1: Defund and demoralize police, causing crime to skyrocket as police quit, retire, or stop policing.

Step 1 (addendum): Use vaccine mandate to accelerate police quitting or retiring.

Step 2: Become outraged at the increase in crime due to lack of police.  Disregard that the crime increases is the direct result of Step 1.

Step 3: Use Step 2 to justify creating a national or federally supported (the way the Dept of Education has influence in local school districts) police system that (like the Dept of Education) is highly political and highly partisan.

This police system will do little to stop crime and will actually be boots on the ground political enforcers.

Think of the videos from the UK and Australia of police arresting people over Facebook posts and misgendering activists.

The police that the Squad create won’t stop CVS and Walgreens from being shoplifted into bankruptcy.

It will go after conservatives for the “violence” of misgendering or denying someone’s lived experience or spreading misinformation.

If 2020 and 2021 have taught me anything, it’s that the difference between a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory and really is about six months.
