(CNN)About 4,500 Chicago police officers didn’t report their vaccination status by October 15 as mandated by the city, officials said Monday.

That means roughly 35 percent of the city’s 12,770 officers could be placed on no-pay status in the foreseeable future.
The Chicago Police Department had the lowest response rate of any department in the city, but of the about 64 percent who did report, the majority of officers say they are vaccinated, according to data released by the city. Specifically, 6,894 indicated being vaccinated while 1,333 reported they have not.

That would be the equivalent of losing a whole shift, 8 hours of police-free Windy City. And you can bet the Criminal element is watching this with rapt attention and rubbing their hands in glee at the prospect of having the city for the picking.

But wait, there is more!

The Chicago Fire Department had the second-lowest response rate of any department with 72%, despite most of that percentage indicating they were vaccinated.

This is the same ACLU who loudly complained that tagging Antifa as domestic terrorists for doing all the terroristic things they do was an affront to the First Amendment. But refusing to use the “proper pronouns” is Hate Speech and that should not be protected by the First Amendment.

It is one minute past midnight in Ash Wednesday and everybody id pulling off their mask revealing who they truly are. It is revolting and revealing at the same time.

In case you have not figured it out yet, The constitutional protections we used to have are no longer working… most of them. If you are not one of the selected by the Intelligentsia/Party/State, you will be a non-entity at best or an enemy of the State at worst.

Cops are getting fired over the vaccine mandate.

That leave as much smaller, already demoralized, police force to handle the current shit-storm.

What happens when they are totally overwhelmed and say “fuck it, I’m out.”

Seriously, except for some sleepy rural areas, I can’t see there being a whole lot of cops left in Washington by the end of the year.

When you study what life was like under the KGB or Stasi in a Communist country, one think you learn about is the every present sense of uneasiness.

That was by design.

People never felt comfortable.  They never knew who was an informant or if what they were doing was right.  The rules changed frequently, enforcement was selective and capricious.

They could never relax and assume they were safe.

Woman raped on train as bystanders did nothing, police say

A woman was raped by a stranger on a commuter train in suburban Philadelphia in the presence of other riders who a police official said “should have done something.”

The entire episode was captured on surveillance video that showed other people on the train at the time, Bernhardt said.

“There was a lot of people, in my opinion, that should have intervened; somebody should have done something,” Bernhardt said. “It speaks to where we are in society; I mean, who would allow something like that to take place? So it’s troubling.”

Interesting that they say witnesses should have called the police.

Forbes told us quite clearly “Stop Calling The Police On Black People.”

That was actually a very common message last year.

So do we call the police when we watch a rape happening or not if the perpetrator is a POC?

What else do we do?

Do we use force, then let the media call us violent, racist, vigilantes?

Because the media never lies about confrontations like that by white Hispanics or Catholic School kids on a field trip.

The result is we are all stuck in limbo, knowing what is right but not knowing how to act upon it without being totally destroyed by the woke mob.

If you feel you are being played for a fool, you may be right. In the case of mask mandates, yes you are.

Real Men, regardless of sexual orientation, face up to the challenge is thrust upon them. And that goes double when they become a parent.

If there are people (And in his case, hundreds of million) depending on your actions and leadership, but you decide to go for paternity leave rather than work and fix the problem, you are a failure as man.

Nobody forced you to accept the position of Secretary of Transportation. Nobody put your nuts in a vise and threatened you with a plumber’s torch if you did not became the person in charge overseeing the efficient movement of people and good across the nation. You could have said no and go on with your life.

But you said yes and were suppose to put your fellow Americans above personal concerns or wants. You were supposed to do want millions do every day when they go to work for the sake of the country and its citizens. Like marriage, you took the position for better or for worse and you have to be dumb enough to have believed that no crisis would be waiting for you when the President that chose you used the rescue of the road infrastructure as campaign promise.

And real men realize that if they can’t do the job of caring for others, they must step aside and let somebody who can do his job take over. There is no shame in accepting limitations, but there is absolute embarrassment on repeating the same useless behavior because you cannot accept your failure and rather see the people in the country you swore to protect and defend suffer because you are an incompetent fool placed in a position for political decoration.

You have a son? Then leave him an important legacy: To know you did the right thing for him and his future rather than use him as an excuse to hide your uselessness in the position that you chose to serve.

You adopted a human being, not a political prop.  Be a man by being a real parent.

See, it doesn’t matter what you say about him, he’s richer than you.

For instance, I could say Mark is a scumbag who is part of the problem I’ve blogged about in the past, wherein the value of stocks has become disconnected from the output of a company.

This has lead to companies, like Boeing as an example, where management has prioritized shareholder value through stock manipulation instead of growing the business by producing quality products, which ultimately causes companies to fail and working people in those companies to suffer.

But my criticism of Mark and how his style of money making has severely damaged this country falls on deaf ears because he can drive away in a car that costs as much as my house.

An old method of organizing a society, one that is not healthy or sustainable, is “might makes right.”

The modern equivalent is “wealth makes right.”

It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you end up rich, it’s fine.

Except that attitude has destroyed countless lives in middle America.

We are living through what is the near zenith of this attitude and were about to come apart at the seams.

At least elites in the past has a sense of noblesse oblige, to build a decent society while they got rich.

Today it’s “I got mine, fuck you.”

I’m fine with not owning a Lamborghini.

I’m happy with a Ford Mustang and a pickup truck, because at the end of the day I can honestly say I’ve never hurt anyone with how I made my money.
