It’s funny but also sad because it’s probably true.

The man who, as a baby, was featured on the cover of Nirvana’s “Nevermind” album is suing the former band members, the estate of Kurt Cobain and several others over the famous naked photograph. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, Spencer Elden, now 30, alleges the band violated federal child pornography laws and claims that his parents never signed a release allowing Nirvana to use the photo, CBS Los Angeles reports.

In a complaint filed in the Los Angeles federal court, Elden alleges his “identity and legal name are forever tied to the commercial sexual exploitation he experienced as a minor, which has been distributed and sold worldwide from the time he was a baby to the present day.”

I actually hope he wins and scares Hollywood and the Entertainment business into paralysis. I can imagine a future with zero real children in movies and TV and only cartoons or computer-generated wee ones.  Nobody under 18 will be allowed screen time so the companies don’t get sued in the future.

But mostly it will kill them cheesy movies were the grumpy adults soften up to the charms of a small sweet kid and give us some puree of emotional bullcrap with zero mental protein content and just loaded with stupid emotional carbs.

We were told and taught to be polite and nice if we have an issues and to solve differences discrepancies at the voting booth or to pen a document to be freely published explaining our concerns and demanding to be corrected. But they have slowly eroded and controlled the peaceful way and the chances for us to confront those who control power not for the benefit of all but the greed of a few, grow smaller and smaller every day.

And although we were given a set of instruction many years ago, these are not taught by an education system controlled by those mentioned above and for obvious reasons.

And having quoted the Declaration of Independence, I probably added another flag to my file somewhere in a server of whatever Government Security Agency deems me to be a danger. Of course the same agency is scared shitless about a bunch of goat “herders” and their politically correct allies in this country, so they never dare to collect actionable intelligence against them. Hell, they could come after them, kill the daughters and rape their sons and goats!
