The Adair OK police Officer is Adulfo Carlos (probably Adolfo) and he simply loses it from minute one. But it is not only the temper tantrum under color of the badge that should have him fired, it is the fact that he detains the guy at least twice, places him inside, shifts the cups to the front, lets him go, grabs them again and it is not till he finally arrests him on bogus threat to LEO charge, the officer finally pats him down and finds out the male is carrying a concealed weapon.  Officer Carlos accuses the guy of having anger problems? Ha! if he really did, he would have plugged his ass several times without a problem.

Last I saw, Officer Carlos is suspended, a first good step.

Seriously, this officer needs to be fired and not allowed in any other jurisdiction, maybe Jalisco or Tijuana where his behavior is not only accepted but encouraged.

Houston mom shot son while aiming at escaped puppy: cops

A Houston mother accidentally shot her 5-year-old son while trying to fire at a puppy that got loose in her neighborhood, police said.

Cops responded Saturday and found the child struck in the abdomen by a ricocheting bullet, Houston police said Tuesday.

“Investigators learned the child’s mother, suspect Vargas, had fired a small caliber pistol three times at a dog running loose across the street,” police said in a statement.

The dog that dashed outside, a 6-month-old boxer puppy named Bruno, was not seriously wounded by the gunfire, police said.

The pup’s owner told KTRK Bruno ran out as he opened the “door just a little bit” while thinking his brother was there and got the dog excited.

“So, I open the door just a little bit and he comes running out,” said the man, who asked not to be identified.

Bruno was grazed by a bullet to the leg, but was otherwise OK, his owner said. The man received a citation for having a loose dog, police said.

First, just a side note.  The puppy dashes out of a partially open door and the cops give him a citation for a loose dog?  Fuck them and “bAcK tHe bLuE” crowd, that’s bullshit.  The puppy just got out, he wasn’t letting it roam the neighborhood all day.

To the thesis of this post, who shoots at a 6 month old boxer puppy that got out?
