I am pretty sure the moment you realized you caught the ‘Rona, it meant that whatever self-created contagion protocol proved itself to be a failure. And then you got the vaccine, but still keep strapping your face like you were a comedy show’s first time dad changing diapers for the first time.

This has nothing to do with epidemiologic safety and all to do with ritualism as a way to cope with whatever anxiety these people are experiencing.  This is not “Science” but First World Voodo or Santeria. The rabbit’s foot and four leaf clover have been substitute by a mask and googles and put on full display to prove to the masses they are following a higher call and they are morally superior than anybody else.

They will eventually find another “blankie” to hold on to when this one gets too embarrassing to keep using. This is deeper than just the virus and no vaccine can be developed for it.

Two lessons.

One: don’t get close enough to people in an aggressive situation where you can’t see their hands and have no time to react.

Two: a knife is a lethal weapon and you should have the right to defend yourself from a man with a knife with lethal force.

The Palestinians do not give a single solitary fraction of an iota of a fuck about George Floyd.

The word used in Palestinian and Arab communities for black people is “abeed” which means “slave.”

No Palestinians care about police brutality of American citizens of any race.

The know that Progressives are fucking stupid.  They are NPCs who know nothing but platitudes.

So Palestinians painting a picture of George Floyd manipulates Progressives into thinking Palestinians are part of the mutual intersectional community.

It’s propaganda and Palestinians know Progressives are easily swayed by propaganda.

When Avatar was in theaters Palestinians protested Israel painted blue like the Navi.

There is no correlation between that movie and what’s happening in Palestine, but unthinking Progressives ate that shit up.

I will give the Palestinians credit where it is due. They do know know to emotionally manipulate stupid Progressives from afar.

What I thought was going to be an easy 2-3 day job ended up taking 8 days, six of them actual work and 2 waiting for a replacement part for the HLVP kit. Some small repairs fixing a couple of decorative in the wood. Some boards were loose in a couple of places and that was done quick with screws.

The previously painted deck will need a retouch because Low Pressure or not, I managed to get speckles of white paint on it. In my defense, we had 20-30 mph breezes all week yesterday that screwed the pooch, but kept the heat down.  This week? Damn, it is Florida all right.  I figure it will take me an hour to re-paint it and, voila!

I will be officially done with the rear of the house tomorrow and other than water the lawn a bit (It has not rained squat!) nobody is allowed to go in the back till the Real State agent starts showing the house. Pigeons will be met with extreme prejudice.

Front of the house this weekend since the missus will lend a hand and all the smarts.  Hopefully next week I get to work and finish inside where the AC is a blessing.

An Atlanta mayoral candidate who voted to defund millions of dollars from the local police department’s budget reportedly had his car stolen by a group of young thieves this week.

City Council Member Antonio Brown had just gotten out of his white Mercedes coupe to speak to fellow community leader Ben Norman in northwest Atlanta’s Dixie Hills community Wednesday when he spotted four or five kids — the youngest only 6 or 7, WAGA-TV reported.

The only way guys like Garcia know how to make things fair is drag everyone down, which is why Progressives like him support ending AP math classes.
