In California, a premium ‘vaccinated section’ is available for fully vaccinated people at all Golden State Warriors games.

This is the dumbest, most anti-science, counter-productive idea in the history of vaccination initiatives.

This, more than anything else, makes it crystal clear that these measures have nothing to do with public health and everything to do with forcing compliance with government mandates.

The studies out of Isreal show that vaccinated people have about a 1 in a million chance of getting or transmitting the virus after the vaccine.

The whole principle of mass vaccination and herd immunity is that the vaccine keeps a virus from spreading because a person who has the virus has a low chance of coming in contact with other susceptible people because the majority of people around them are vaccinated.

The vaccine acts as a firebreak between the infected.

Creating vaccinated and un-vaccinated sections puts all the susceptible people together and moves the human firebreaks to another section of the stadium.

No wonder California burns down every year, they don’t know how firebreaks work.

This is truly the dumbest fucking policy imaginable.

These governors are the worst, stupidest, most awful fucking state managers possible.

A new state and new firearms and self-defense laws.

Although Tennessee is supposed to be pretty gun and self-defense friendly, my “expertise” is Florida and over a Decade of reading and studying cases, trials and advocating for Pro Gun and Pro self Defense bills. Not saying I can argue with Jon Gutmacher, but I call it successful because I am not wearing orange on a weapon’s violations.

I know squat about Tennessee, not even the things that are similar to Florida. I feel like all of the sudden I am naked as a jaybird and the wrong move can end me in jail. Not a prospect I wish to partake.

I already started the path of enlightenment: I downloaded Andrew Branca’s Tennessee Seminar to start getting acquainted with the law.

And keeping with my own advice, I will go straight to the text of law in Tennessee and make it as familiar as I do Florida Statutes 790.

By the stroke of a pen, DeSantis decided how and where you can protest, with his recent signing of House Bill 1, miscast as the “anti-riot” bill.

We have covered HB 1 in this blog and have gone directly to read the text* and figure out what was in it. None of the accusations the Sun Sentinel and other Media has made were even remotely close to a shadow of the truth, unless they interpret “protest” as the ability to loot, burn and injure innocents at will under the excuse of “mostly peaceful protest.”

I saved the opening of the editorial for last because it is too good to pass up:

Ron DeSantis became governor of Florida by less than half of one percentage point — 32,463 votes, to be exact. DeSantis failed to receive a majority of votes cast, when you add the votes of minor-party candidates. But he wants you to forget how close he came to losing and he works every day to make you think he won in a landslide.

Do you notice something missing from that paragraph?  The name of the Democratic candidate is not mentioned. The name of the candidate who was supposed to be on his way to possibly be the future Obama endorsed by all the smart peoples and Liberal intelligentsia of Florida isn’t not mentioned. I wonder why?

Andrew Gillum. The Media never properly vetted the New Black Hope or if they did (which I am willing to bet on) they decided to stay mum because the party needed the win. Now imagine how Florida would have been under a failed mayor with a serious addiction problem and a lovely predilection for male prostitutes.

But DeSantis is a Dictator and that comes from the Propaganda machine that would have made Goebbels proud in its deception and misinformation.

I believe that not a single South Florida newspaper has linked HB1 or any of the bills they hated in their articles perhaps once or twice but mostly they did an out-of-context quote. I may have forgotten once or twice, but it has been my duty to always bring you the link to the latest version of a bill so you and only you can decided on what says… or does not say.

Random ‘sucker-punch’ assaults leave frightened NYC residents on edge

An Upper West Side man is cold-cocked in Chelsea.

An unhinged stranger throws a roundhouse at a woman outside a subway station on the Upper West Side.

A Catholic deacon and another man are pummeled in separate smackdowns in the Bronx.

One poster to the Upper West Side Together Facebook group put members on high alert two weeks ago after two friends walking past the subway station exit on Central Park West and 87th Street encountered a man dressed in black coming out of the subway.

He tried “tried to sucker punch” the girl, whose boyfriend then chased him off.

An Upper West Side man responded, “This is happening all over. I was sucker punched by a disturbed man in Chelsea” — and left with two black eyes.

On Monday a stranger punched a 67-year-old man in the face on a Queens subway platform in an apparent unprovoked attack, police said.

“These incidents aren’t happening in front of officers. They are happening due to opportunists taking advantage of the anti-police, anti-accountability era,” NYPD Sgt. Joseph Imperatrice, the founder of Blue Lives Matter NYC and a 15-year-veteran, told The Post.

“It is a dangerous time to be out and about strolling in New York City. The combination of criminals and mentally ill individuals roaming the streets equals disaster waiting to happen.

The city government totally undermines the police.

The Leftist pop culture in New York City undermines the police.

The Mau-Mauing activists undermine the police.

Consequently, the police stop patrolling.

The law-abiding people have been totally disarmed, even including less-lethal tools of defense.

The city has been ceded to the violent criminal element of the city.

This is such concentrated hatred that there is literally nothing rational I can say against it.  It will fall on deaf ears, so it’s not worth my time.

I’m not an agricultural scientist, but most crops do not do well above 5,000 feet.  It’s hard for most vegetation to survive above 7,000 feet.  Just read up on high-altitude gardening sometimes.  The variety of adaptable plants is limited and the yields are low.

Moreover, what they say is “RICH soil!” looks a lot like rocky mountain terrain.

A radical communist commune full of angry, resentful people with few skills, bound together by a burning, vitriolic hatred of anyone that doesn’t look like them.

That sounds like the basis of a strong, self-reliant, stable civilization.

On second thought… probably not.

Honestly, I hope they all stay up there, isolated from the rest of “Amerikkka.”  I encourage more of their ideological comrades to join them.

It’s not just wind power.  The amount of African jungle that is destroyed for the elements to solar panels is outrageous.

Ultimately all this “Green energy” bullshit has nothing to do with protecting the environment.  The people screaming the loudest about how we have to mandate it to save the planet are the people most financially invested in it.

I swear, if I ever run for office, one of my platforms would be that the executive management of any green energy company would be held personally liable for every endangered or protected animal that they kill.

If a wind farm chops up a bald eagle, the CEO, CFO, company president, and every board member gets to do the one year in prison and pay the $10,000 fine for it, no different than if they shot it.  And every subsequent eagle chopped up will be another charge.
