Why waste effort on compliance with dishonest rulers who will legislate against this next?
How about all this compliance effort gets redirected into assembling a scaffold big enough to simply hang every CA politician from simultaneously? I figure they need two feet of left-right space for each pair of politicians. Remember, you can hang one from EACH END of a rope, if your gallows is sturdy enough and the weights are a close match.
