Miami Dade PD Director and Orange County (Pedo Mouse County) Sheriff, trying to make politics by calling their officers untrained dunces.
Is there a cop in the US who does not approach a suspect without thinking he or she might be armed? If so, why are they wearing body armor all the time and not only when they have a confirmed call of an armed suspect?
Dear Chief LEOs: STUF. Stop embarrassing your agency and its members with cheap politics.
Its in the liberals playbook- rule #1- scream that untrained citizens will cause mayhem and chaos if this is passed. Rule #2- cops are untrained and will cause chaos and mayhem…. Vermont, home of green hippies and dope was the first state to pass Constitutional carry. What did we get in Vermont?? Crickets.. for years. Maine got it in 2012 or 13 and the liberals spun out and screamed. All we got were crickets too and one guy arrested because he didn’t tell leo he was carrying (its a law here) my only bitch about Constitutional carry is you get a bunch of untrained fudds sticking a firearm in the waist of their lounge pants and walking around like they gangsta…no clue …
The claims of danger and making the officers jobs harder are always so vague.
Do they not teach how to approach and observe a person in contact anymore?
They keep saying how dangerous the job is and I remember being taught to consider everyone could be armed and to be polite and cordial vs believing I could bully and believe I had the monopoly on violence.
