Kristen Moore, the Ann Arbor ambassador for the Michigan chapter of Moms Demand Action, said about 20 volunteers showed up to the Kroger at 400 S. Maple Road on Ann Arbor’s west side to pass out signs and gather signatures for the organization’s petition.
About 12 shoppers returned their Kroger loyalty cards in protest of the policy, she said.
In short, the group wants guns kept out of Kroger.
“I think we’re putting a lot of pressure on Kroger,” Moore said.

20 volunteers? I see 5 (Maybe the other 15 were inside shopping or eating free samples). And 12 shoppers returned cards! I am sure Kroger just went into an economic tailspin on that one.
They have the checkbook but don’t have the numbers.
While no numbers were claimed, this post from a MDA event in Oregon maybe shows were the other 15 were at (nap time?). Half the “team” are their 6 and 7 year old kids. Really? I wonder how many of the kids really wanted to be there.

It almost looks like they’re blocking the entrance…did Kroger not take any action?
They’re not gonna accomplish much in Michigan. Even most the liberals here shoot a lot and are for gun rights. I see NRA stickers next to Obama stickers on people’s cars all the time. Kroger knows better than to throw its eggs in the anti-gun basket here. It would end their business to do so.
Trust me, they’re NOT putting any pressure on Kroger. Kroger has nearly 3,000 stores; if the MAIG hags protest 10 a week, it will take them nearly 6 years to visit them all.
So 12 shoppers decided they no longer want the sale prices you can only obtain with the Loyalty Cards.. Yep that’s going to hurt Krogers bottom line.
Now that is definitely a group of MIWNLF. Especially the bald guy. Bald guys. Guys. And great grandmas. And whatever that Borg thing is behind her. Or the other chick. Yep, that about covers it.
