OK Ladies und Gents, I know English is not my forte, but I think the VPC intern botched this one bad:
What are they trying to say here? Beat or stab your woman to death, don’t shoot her?
I need more coffee.
Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

What I’ve been saying for over a year now. Only “Gun Death” Counts.
Also it shows how little concern they have for victims of domestic violence. Their advice to the subject of physical abuse is “Make sure your home has no guns….and if you leave them, make sure you cannot arm yourself!”
Our advice. “If you’re in an abusive relationship GET OUT NOW! LEAVE, GET A RESTRAINING ORDER, AND GET A GUN! Don’t stick around for the sake of your children or for any other reason because those points are MOOT if your partner MURDERS you.”
Remember Meleanie Hain. She was in a long-term abusive relationship with her peace officer husband. He eventually shot her from behind then killed himself. Not only did this kill poor Meleanie, but it orphaned her children whom she was likely sticking with Dad for.
And I think we all remember groups like VPC’s response to Ms. Hain’s death. They were GLAD! One less Gun-Nut.
I think they’re trying to make three points: (1) don’t worry about dating thugs; (2) if they try to kill you don’t shoot them; (3) If you are going to be killed by a thug its only really bad if they shoot you.
