Yesterday America put one foot in the grave
I cannot say it enough, yesterday, American witnessed the Democrats put on a Stalinist show trial.
They had not one shred of evidence against Judge Kavanaugh.
Every witness that was interviewed about the allegations either denied knowledge of the incident or said that it did not happen and that it was exceptionally unlikely that Kavanaugh would have done something like that.
The Democrats continued to press on Kavanaugh. Without evidence they dragged up the stupid shit he wrote in his yearbook when he was 17. They asked him about his high school drinking habits. That was not evidence of a crime. That was solely to embarrass him and impugn his character.
All they could offer was innuendo.
He was asked by every Committee Democrat to call for an FBI investigation on himself. It was repeatedly implied that not doing so was evidence of guilt.
“If you are innocent, you have nothing to hide. Only guilty people don’t want the highest law enforcement agency in the land to turn their lives upside down.”
That is a Stalinist statement. That is the attitude of despots and tyrannical governments.
The Democrat supporters online at it up.
“Of course he did it, he’s a entitled, rich, white, prep-school, young man. They are always guilty.”
There were always people who were guilty in the Soviet Union.
The Jews were always guilty. The Ukrainians were always guilty. The Capitalists were always guilty. The Bourgeoisie were always guilty.
They were always guilty because of who they were and how much money they had.
Their trials were never about justice, they were about intimidating those who got in the way of the acquisition of state power.
Of course Kavanaugh was pissed as hell.
I was when I was falsely accused of sexual misconduct in college. It was a prank gone wrong on a sorority girl. I didn’t do it, but I was known for pulling pranks so it was blamed on me. This was before #MeToo and the Obama letter so I was able to prove my innocence.
I completely understand the anger, indignation, and gut wrenching fear that he felt being accused of something so terrible. I can understand the rage he felt at the people who besmirched his reputation. I can understand any abject hatred that he would have to the people that have sent rape and death threats to his wife, and messages to his wife saying she’s married to a rapist.
The more passionately Kavanaugh defended himself the more that made him guilty and unqualified in the eyes of Democrat supporters.
He’s guilty by demographic association, and if that is not enough, he’s guilty because he’s indignant that he was baselessly accused.

Social Justice is nothing but pure Stalinism.
This was America’s first Social Justice trial. No evidence was presented by the accuser, but half of America was ready to convict because of Kavanaugh’s demographic membership and the alignment of his politics. The angry mob cheered on this farcical show trial because of the spectacle of publicly destroying a high ranking member of a undesirable group.
America died a little because of this yesterday.
Social Justice tyranny has taken too firm a root and is metastasizing at too fast a rate.
Even if Kavanaugh is confirmed, this will happen again and again, because embarrassing the man in public just felt too good to them, and next time they just have to try harder and a weaker man might fold.
This is end stage America.
Look at it this way – the more they do this, the less effective it’s going to be. We’re still in the first stages of this type of attack losing it’s credibility, but as the months and years drag on, it will lose more. They are using it too much. It’s similar to the word “racist”. It’s still a scarlet letter, but that is slowly changing too. Not because there aren’t real racists in the world, but because calling everyone you disagree with a racist dilutes the term.

Personally I don’t think this was “America’s first Social Justice trial,” considering that demented progtards have been strongly pushing their ubber-PC stupidity since Barry Hussein’s first term.
The whole St. Trayvon of Skittles farce trial is just one example, IMO. The Freddie Gray trials, where 6 cops were thrown to the wolves by their progtard bosses, is another. And who can forget the Michael Brown brouhaha in Chiraq.
So no, I don’t think this Ford/Kavanaugh progtard-driven political circus is the first.

There was some evidence there. This was the first “no evidence only SJW supposition” trial.
What you have witnessed is the democrats acting straight out of the communist playbook. J.Kb mentions stalin, but castro did this exact same bullshit when he took over cuba and murdered thousands at the firing squads by bringing women to testify to false allegations. Keep the democrats in power and you will lose your country.
The first show trial was the Judge Bork confirmation hearings and followed up by the Clarence Thomas confirmation hearing. Thus we have added Borking, pubic hair on a coke and high tech lynching to the lexicon. What is old is new. This is the long game in action. Stay safe, arm up and train.

Guys, I keep on telling you.
They’re not doing this out of conviction.
They’re doing this because the Supreme Court is the center of gravity and the Achilles Heel for the entire American government.
They’re doing this because a left-wing compliant supreme court is essential, like oxygen is essential, to the Left’s plans for America.
Belief has nothing to do with this. This is about power.
Oh, and about Lindsay Graham? Wanna know why he went off on his little friends yesterday? Go back and watch the videos of him expressing his support for confirmation of Sotomayor, the Wise Latina. Graham is up for reelection next cycle. IF Kavanaugh fails of nomination, he’ll be seeing those videos again… in his opponent’s campaign ads.

I dunno, have the Democrat Senators in the Judiciary Committee demonstrated the necessary temperament for someone worthy of sitting in America’s highest deliberative and legislative body for ANY length of time? Have they demonstrated the necessary commitment to the U.S. Constitution? The Rule of Law? America’s founding principles, including (but not limited to) the presumption of innocence?
That door swings both ways, lady.
Here’s where I’m tempted to say, “Come to think of it, I went to high school with a girl named Karen. She might have spiked my drinks at a party so she could take advantage of me. She may have used her ‘feminine charms’ during her freshman and sophomore years to try to lure seniors into illegal physical relationships, with the intent to blackmail them by threatening statutory rape charges. I don’t know who she married; it could possibly have been a man named Attiah. I demand a full FBI investigation into these allegations. I further demand that this ‘Karen’ be fired from her job, be stripped of any academic or professional credentials she holds, and lose any possibility of further employment or opportunity unless this despicable, blackmailing female rapist can prove her innocence beyond a shadow of a doubt. If she tries to deny it, let that be taken as evidence of her guilt. Let the doxxing begin.”
I could say that, and it would have at least as much credibility as Dr. Ford’s attempt at an anonymous letter. But I won’t, because I’m not pond scum or a Senate Democrat (with apologies to the pond scum for the unfair comparison).
They’re doing this for the same reason FDR tried to pack and intimidate the court (and was mostly successful) Because the constitution stands in their way. It’s the ultimate impediment, and since the SCOTUS has the final say there, they want that branch of government out of the way.
This is also why Obama came out in the SOTU and brazenly called out the SCOTUS justices sitting right in front of him. Their ruling in Citizen’s United stood in the way of his and the Left’s goals. If you can’t remove or pack the Court, delegitimize it.
