Pretty soon londoners will need a permission slip to leave the house….
I figure they will have a specially trained and licensed person with a knife chained to a a table like in a prison kitchen, that you can take your plate to and have your meat cut up.

I mean, sure, yeah ok…they’re not sharp at the yip…YET. But since it wouldn’t take but a moment to rub the tip on the sidewalk for a sharp point, that’s….’constructive possession’.
And the Japanese places were closed by Health & Safety because of all the knives used during the tableside prep.
