At least you can get a permit in PA that is good in Philly. Streets like this in NYC, LA, and San Francisco are gun free zones (for law abiding citizens).
I thought Philadelphia was exempt from general PA gun rules. Is that no longer true? Or is there a procedure for getting a “whole state” permit rather than merely a “PA minus Phila” permit?
