Shorts, flip flops and a long-sleeved hoodie. It’s a Florida thing.
Lived in Phoenix for five years. Snowbirds and transplants running around in T-shirts and shorts in January, sunny and 64 degrees. Native Phoenicians, bundled up like it was Alaska.
When it hits 55 they switch to sweatpants and down parkas.
