If a place of worship has (as many do) some sort of school building or designated area to be used for teaching purposes, Florida law makes it illegal to carry in the whole place even if no classes are being taught during services. If I have read correctly, the simple fact that there might be a child care  place for working parents would be enough to make you a felon. This bill gets rid of that stupidity.

And once again, guess who suddenly came back to the realm and voted for a gun bill?
