General Bill by Rodrigues
Preemption of Firearms and Ammunition Regulation: Providing that written or unwritten policies are subject to provisions allowing for recovery of damages if such policies violate specified provisions; providing that a plaintiff challenging a local government regulation concerning firearms is considered a prevailing plaintiff for certain purposes in specified circumstances, etc.

Since both the Senate and the House bills were discussed, I am not sure where do we go next. I hope this is it and the bill gets enrolled and sent to the Governor’s desk

  1. I feel like your gain is our loss here in Oregon. Were poised to see two anti2A bills pass this session. More GFZ’s and punishment if your gun is stolen and used by the criminal in a crime… More punish the licensed, sane, competent, educated, legally armed citizen but let the crook through the revolving door.

    My Tourette’s is kicking in, I gotta go…
