I seem to recall somebody in Colorado… Aurora to be precise where the theater was tagged Gun Free Zone and the fella ignored the sign and went on a mass killing.
I shall call this bill the James Eagan Holmes Celebration Bill.

Who gets to decide which theaters are “legitimate”? Is that term defined?
Gun control: The answer to its failures is always, “Do it again, HARDER!”
If you don’t show Marvel films on release day, then I’d say that’s a good candidate for an illegitimate theater.
What about DC films?
