Re the 15 Meter target….
“the wind was blowing/gusting from the side (both directions) at 90 mph / we had an earthquake the entire time I was shooting / HE BREATHED ON MEEEE… / The sun was in my eyes / I forgot my earplugs and all the noise made me flinch / THAT’s not MY target……”
And on the 15 yard target- I’ve seen worse groups on human silhouettes at 5-7 yards. Sadly, a wide scattering of shots tends to be more common than not.
