To be fair, there is, at least on a short-term basis, such a thing as “too much ammo,” but it’s very situation-dependent:
When you have so much ammo that it exceeds your ability to store it, you have too much ammo. Of course, this merely indicates that you need to find a way to expand your ability to store ammo….
