*paranoia* That may be the point…. Part of the problem with absolute gun control is that a lot of it is century-old technology, or older. I know my grandfather made a rifle for the heck of it, without any special training or more than his (very drool-worthy) shop.
So, the only way to really control guns is to slowly make everything that can be used to make them illegal….
