Mebbe if we built LNG terminals on the east coast, finished &placed service Keystone XL, drilled, explored…. price of oil would fall, Putin would have less forex, =less free cash = decreased ability to finance military adventures.

That would be way more effective for sure and is something that should be done, unfortunately due to the state of domestic oil production here and available oil and gas exports elsewhere, turning that off overnight isn’t possible.
