You might give biofreeze a try also.
Great way to spend a weekend. Last time I went it took about 4 days before I could walk right. The Mrs. was still bent 2 weeks later. We’re getting too old for this stuff. Might have to take up yoga before, and won’t forget knee & elbow pads next time…
