Missus: “Why is it taking you so long to come up with the list of materials?”
Me: “I have the list of materials, I am just trying to digest the price.”
Missus: (looking over the list) “That sounds about right.”
Me: “I know, it just irritates me to hell that a small roof repair costs as much as a brand new Daniel Defense AR Carbine.”
Missus: “Wait till you factor in the labor. That is gonna come up for about the same as an Aimpoint, a dozen magazines and a couple thousand rounds of ammo.”
