Allow me to express my utter contempt for the Constitution-hating whores of gun control. May you all be disarmed and victims of violent crime (i.e. that which you wish upon us, the real Americans).
It WILL go en banc. The ban WILL be put back into effect and SCOTUS WILL either not take the case or will and rule in favor of California.
So in this one case the ninth circuit was better than the Supreme Court.
SCOTUS must be REALY pissed and will be even more so if the state fails on appeal. We all know The ninth circuit is the most overturned circuit but this involves guns: something the Supreme Court hates and pines for the day the democrats ban all private gun ownership and mandate the compete and total extermination of every single solitary United state citizen that possesses a firearm, there families and also the Complete and total mandated extermination of every single United States citizen that opposes that. And if the mandated extermination of all human life in the country was passed due to some other reason besides guns the Supreme Court would probably oppose it vehemently. But since it involves guns the would be fine with the extermination of 300 million people. They hate gun ownership and gun owners THAT much.
Finding out this was a 3 judge panel and not an en banc review is like that first time you realize that those flyers you get that say “YOU’RE A WINNER!!!” actually just mean that you get to proceed to the next stage where you will definitely, absolutely not win anything.

California will appeal and Chief Justice John Roberts will side with the courts leftist. I don’t trust the system to do what is Constitutional, so my fear is that this will wind up somehow killing the Heller Decision.
This is why RBG needs to go and Trump needs select the next Justice.
