  1. I recommend immediately firing that audit company. You are the prince of Saiyan quality after all.

  2. I hated ISO certification. The franchise I owned decided that would be a good thing for all the printshops so I had to go thru that. I hated how non-conformance reports all were looking for blame rather than solutions.

    1. It is easier to point fingers than actually solve problems. Solving problems takes Intelligence and understanding of the problems. The blame game merely needs a subordinate to dump on.

Just look at any government anywhere.

  3. I don’t know… I would certainly appreciate the humor in that.
I manage ISO 9001 cert for a portion (couple thousand ppl) of my corporation.
All of my internal auditors have to have a gallows sense of humor in order to get along with me.
External auditors though…. are the worst.

  4. One line I remember about various certifications: they check that “you say what you do and you do what you say”. In other words, that you have paperwork describing processes, and that the processes as executed match the paperwork.
Whether those processes actually produce good results is not a consideration.
