The conflict?

Erykah Badu is looking for clarity after getting back very bizarre COVID-19 test results.

On Friday the veteran songstress shared that she had tested positive for Coronavirus in her left nostril but negative in her right.

Taking her bewilderment to social media, she explained the situation to her fans – to the best of her knowledge, that is – before firing off a series of tweets as rapid as the test results.

Erykah Badu reveals she tested positive for COVID-19 in left nostril and negative on her right side: ‘What the fack is going on’

I understand why a lot of people feel that 2020 is the year we got swindled in every way possible. I have the feeling that once the political BS can be overridden by true science, we are gonna find out the monster sickness was really an easy to deal with  respiratory malady.

And don’t forget those who have spent all this time badmouthing and sabotaging cures because the wrong people endorsed them.  And do not forget how many could have been saved but died because of the political posturing for the elections.

  1. It seems like only a few days ago we were being told that the science tells us that the only way to beat this virus is more testing and contact tracing. Oh yeah, it was.

  2. Not surprised at that at all.

The tech is taking a swab from the nostril. It is quite possible that area swabbed on one side had the virus, and the area swabbed on the other did not. There is no assurance that once infected, your entire body becomes rife with the virus.

What is more disturbing to me is Elon Musk’s claim that out of four tests taken in one day, two were positive, two were negative. That should not happen if the full test was performed. Between swabs from both nostrils, the tests should be consistent.
