I saw a bit of a press conference by Trudeau. He mentioned he spoke with Biden and agreed on some things.
Biden is about to get involved in that mess. Probably will attack fundraisers here over the weekend socking them with federal charges.
Will the US truckers get involved? They don’t have to block anything, just pull over the side of the road and watch the shit show they can create come alive.

They don’t even have to pull over. Just follow the rules to the letter and that will slow things down even more. Trucking is a highly regulated industry and a lot of rules get worked around. Don’t speed, Sleep for your entire break and then get food, etc.

Don’t speed. Stick to highways even when overloaded. Refuse to move when there’s even a minor issue with the truck.
Drop your trailer at some rest area (or toll booth). Go home. Call off, “I feel feverish and achy. Oughta get my WuFlu results in 3-7 days…”
Biden is less popular in America than Trudeau is in Canada and even many Democrats are now distancing from him. It would be a serious mistake for him to kick the hornet’s nest here when things are finally starting to return to normal in many parts of the country that previously weren’t.

Another thing “Ordinary Canadians” are doing are rolling roadblocks. Tie up the road by going two-three vehicles wide and 2-4 deep. Drive at 30 mph for about 15-20 minutes, pull over to let the jam clear, repeat. farmers are doing the same by “moving their equipment.
It is not just the Canadian Truckers. They have dozens of supporters for every truck, every tractor, every pick-up.
Turdeaus speech was a declaration of war on us normal Canadians.
