So HR 8 advances through the House.

BUT… Republicans forced the bill such that ICE must be notified if an illegal alien tries to buy a gun causing some Democrats to waffle.

I hate that the bill passed but the Republicans made it clear that the Democrats care more about restricting the rights of law abiding gun owners than criminal illegals getting guns.

This is a mess.  Here is to hoping that the Senate blocks this turd.
