Thirty days? You’d have to feed them. Four pigs at 30 days is a LOT of feed. Unless you have a huge forest to dump them in? 😉 I’d give people at most a week, and probably not even that. If you’re dumb enough not to notice four of your livestock are missing after 3 days, you don’t deserve them.

And yes, those make good eating. They’re also wicked smart, so be careful. They will eat anything. Don’t let your kids or your wife near them. Get yourself a good cattle prod (the electric type) and don’t be afraid to use it. Pigs WILL eat someone who falls down in their pen. They are vicious pricks.
