Nope. Not NFA. Use one of those 45LC/.410 derringers….. easy peasey. Just b careful taking your hat off in church….
When I was a kid, about that age, I had a belt buckle that did the same thing. You hit the edge and the gun popped out and fired a plastic bullet from a spring loaded .22 cart.
“You’ll put your eye out” comes to mind.
I think at most it might be an AOW but with some thought you could avoid any classification…..sounds like a good putter project with a 3D printer
