2. We need prosecution of Ford (and Feinstein for her role) for perjury and false witness. Pretty sure God declared it to be wrong in the Ten Commandments.

   1. He did. “Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.” But please remember that this may not necessarily apply here. It is not unusual for people to hold wrong memories and not be aware of it.
      I certainly believe Feinstein to be acting in bad faith, which is hardly a surprise to anyone who remembers her past statements. But I’m not going to jump to the conclusion that Ford has done so.
      A mistaken accusation is not a crime — that’s why we insist on evidence. There is a crime only if the statements are knowingly (and materially) false.
