1. Minneapolis and Saint Paul will be really quiet tonight. They declared a curfew at 8pm. By the time the 9pm news came on, the streets were empty, completely deserted. The police were running in 2 and 4 car packs, and also with squads of National Guard Military Police in Humvees.

   Everything in downtown is completely boarded up. I didn’t see any TV reports on Saint Paul, or the Uptown or Hennepin Avenue shopping areas that eere also hit last night.

   Amazing how enough police and National Guard quiet trouble down right quick?
   The same exact thing happened three months ago the week after George Floyd OD’d. Riots, looting, arson, and unrest for 4 nights that outnumbered cops could not control until they outnumbered the criminal roiters and “protesters,” then, sudenly peace, and real peaceful protests.

3. Sadly there are still an absurd amount of people on my towns talk page on FB that think the exact opposite and don’t care to view the evidence. Even if they disagree so few can even talk rationally about this I’d think it was incredible if I weren’t so jaded.
