A special prosecutor is refusing to charge Ronald Ritchie for the deceptive 911 call that he made that left two people dead in Beavercreek, Ohio in 2014. Put bluntly, Ritchie’s false claims SWATted John Crawford to death, and he’s going to get away with it.
If you live in Ohio, you are now at the mercy of rabid gun control activists who have promised to call 911 if they see anybody with a gun. And now they know they can even lie about what you are doing and get away with it.

So, I understand that Ohio’s gun control activists are openly declaring that they intend to use lethal force against us.
So no criminal liability for misusing 911 services for SWATting gun owners.
How about civil liability? The call, and the intentional lying in the call, led directly to the deaths of two people. There’s blood in the water for a seven-figure “wrongful death” lawsuit, and a semi-literate paralegal could get a preponderance of evidence finding for this. Discovery would easily show the idea came from CSGV and VPC, who were also warned up-front that a death might result, so they’re partially liable, too.
Bankrupt the bastards.
Except the expletive deleted that did it (probably) has no money or assets that make a suit worthwhile. The police and the government are protected by qualified immunity. CGSV and VPC were not there. Prove that Ritchie even knew of their existence? That they egged him on to SWAT Crawford? They have plausible deniability.
Sue Walmart? They had nothing to do with it. They didn’t call the police, they didn’t gun down a black man without warning. They didn’t start the panic where a Mother died from heart failure in the parking lot while two of her children watched.
We will have to wait for him to receive Justice in the hereafter.

These are the cases you should be using if you want respect, sympathy, and most importantly action. Thugs like Michael Brown and Trayvon(TM) Martin are seen as thugs, and garner no sympathy from most of the country. This was a Black Family Man shot down without warning, and the officer was not even disciplined. This is the case you should be pushing if you believed in your cause. His Life Mattered!
Unless real reform and real honest justice are not BLM Goals? The only things I see BLM doing are glamourizing thugs, creating distrust of the police and polarizing black communities. Maybe those are the real goals of BLM?
If you want a Revolution, you need a lot of anger, distrust, and violence. BLM Delivers!
