The worst part of the Chavin trial is that the mob feels vindicated and so will be emboldened to do this again.

Earlier today there was another police shooting, this one in Columbus, Ohio.

The police immediately had a press conference and released the body cam footage.

They shouldn’t have bothered.  Facts do not matter anymore.  There is no such thing as a “good shoot” anymore.

The only fact that matters is that there are people who want to mob and riot and will use any opportunity do do so.

Does the fact that the police officer stopped a girl from being stabbed matter to these people?

No.  They have a shield wall and are marching in formation.  They are Antifa Minute Men.  They have been equipping and training for this, all they needed was an excuse to pull out the gear and take to the streets.

They have been doing this for a year and they have gotten away with it for a year.

They won a victory in the Chauvin trial and now they will flex even harder.

The police and local politicians will never be able to get out ahead of a riot by showing what happened because the rioters don’t care.  They just want to riot.

So now we will be in a state of perpetual frogginess.  There will be mobs and riots and looting every time something happens because the mob gets off on this.

There will be a mob or a riot or some other low-level violent civil disobedience somewhere in America on any given day, just a chronic slow burn, which will flare up whenever something big happens.

We are a failed state.
