CBS White House correspondent Mark Knoller’s tweet about the president arriving in Miami last night.

If you were living in the 50s and did not have the telecommunications resources we have at the palm of our hand today, you still would not be excused for saying something that stupid.

I was actually amazed that he was in a suit and tie while everybody else was dresses much more light.  I don’t recall exactly, but I will guess we were about 80 degrees or maybe a skosh less.

And then he joins in the lament of almost all other media outlets bemoaning the Wuhan V dangers because people gathered for the President.

If they were all dressed in black, burning buildings and car while looting businesses, I am sure Mr. Knoller you not have a problem with the possible transmission of the Chinese virus.

  1. Mr. Knoller, your (intended to be) disparaging list of Trump’s rallies sounds like the “energizer bunny” he keeps going and going. In contrast your candidate has to put a “lid” on his campaign at 9:00 AM so he doesn’t run out of gas on camera.

  2. 11PM in Opa Locka and it’s not cold enough to need gloves? Only on days of the week with names that end in “day.”

I honestly can’t remember the last time I wore gloves. I mean besides for handling stuff out of the smoker.

BTW, the first and last places my folks lived in south Florida was Opa-Locka. I moved out in ’73.

  3. The people behind him are wearing short-sleeve t-shirts. Considering Floridians will bundle up like it’s the Arctic the moment temps dip below 60, it has to be warm enough for the way Trump’s dressed.
