That son-of-a-bitch had a lot of fight in him and didn’t want to go down easy.

Most of those hits were fatal… eventually.  But he just kept coming.

Your enemy has some say in when the fight ends.  Be prepared to act accordingly.

  1. Insufficient caliber. Need something with more steam, that will do enough damage the attacker physically CANNOT continue…a hot-loaded .44 Magnum hollow point being on the LOW end of the power curve here. .44 Magnum, .454 Casull, .480 Ruger, .50AE, 12-gauge, etc.

    1. Sure, that’s a great idea.

Let’s replace a higher capacity, easier to shoot, somewhat reasonably sized handgun with an, at minimum, a low capacity, difficult to shoot handgun that’s way too big and (probably) heavy.

      1. Some people shouldn’t be law enforcement. It’s not for everyone. If you cannot shoot a handgun with some steam on it, it’s probably not for you.

  2. You can see she has poor gun control in that stressful situation and was putting rounds in his guts at best. A could of the shots look like they were towards the pavement. It doesn’t matter what caliber you’re shooting, if you aren’t hitting critical infrastructure it’s gonna take a while to neutralize the threat.

love how the perp’s last words were “ooowww!” yea… I bet that hurt.

  3. Is it me or was there also a jam cleared in all that? And re poor gun control, I got told once that your aim is going to get squirrely in that situation so you practice tiny groups under calm circumstances.
