It looks to me like from the elevation of the gun, the guy on the first tractor might have been hit by the projectile.
There are some parts of the world where the videos make every single thing the people do look totally, 100%, incompetent as human beings. Were they trying to tow a tank with some piddly tractors and some rope? Why were there a bunch of people crowded around being utterly useless? Why is one moron filming it? You wonder why these people live in 3rd world squalor and then you see this and say to yourself “Jesus, these people are lucky that their crap is that good, I’m surprised that they aren’t living in mud huts burning camel shit to keep warm.”
