None of that expressly justified shooting him, but it makes it harder to believe that Huber was the good guy trying to help people.

I recall at least one of them had been imprisoned for some sex crime. The kind that qualifies you for a wood chipper.

I would like to note that Rosenbaum was filmed basically running around looking for a fight, and was pursuing Rittenhouse as Rittenhouse tried to retreat. Then Rosenbaum tried to grab the AR-15 from Rittenhouse, which ended… well, we all know how it ended.
This is pure politics. They even tossed in a reckless conduct charge, based on a single statement by a reporter who’d been interviewing Rittenhouse and had followed when Rosenbaum was giving chase. Pathetic.
What I find slightly fascinating is that they charged Rittenhouse with reckless homicide for Rosenbaum, but intentional homicide for Huber and attempted intentional homicide for Grosskreutz? That seems peculiar.
I followed Andrew Branca at Legal Insurrection during the George Zimmerman / Trayvon Martin trial.
He actually quoted the actual testimony, had videos of ALL the testimony and attorney-judge discussions where the jury was not there. He also provided analysis of “what it means?”
Then I watched the MSM coverage of the testimony. I swear the national reporters were watching a completely different trial. Most of their reporting was completely wrong. They were “so surprised” that George Zimmerman was acquitted, those of us watching the reporting by Andrew Branca were surprised the acquittal took so long.
They guu thay got his bicep blasted apart had previously been charged as felon in possession of a firearm and a domestic violence charge. Idk if either of those resulted in a comviction
Plenty of photo evidence showing him as a potential felon in posession. Wonder if hes sitting in prison.
