I think it is somewhere in Uruguay, for sure it is Latin America as per the house number signs which are the norm down there. Apparently there is a crappier police force than the NYPD when it comes to gun handling. 😀

Is this some kind of affirmative action hire of sorts? This woman clearly has less time behind the trigger than I have time piloting an Airbus a380, which as you may correctly guess as zero.
